How to access Power Platform admin center?

Business and IT administrators use Power Platform admin center to manage their security roles, application users, the status of their solutions and applications, updates, and even solutions integrated with Dynamics 365.  

In this article, we will be discussing ways one can access the Power Platform admin center. As laid out by Microsoft, there are two ways to access the Power Platform admin center:  

  1. You can access it from the Marketing app  
  2. You can access it from Microsoft 365 admin center

Both these methods will get you to the same dashboard. These two options are there to assist you in accessing the Power Platform admin center, and you can choose either per your convenience.  

How to access the Power Platform admin center from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing?

If you are working on Dynamics 365 Marketing and want to access the Power Platform admin center, here are the steps you need to consider:

Step 1: If you have admin privileges, sign into Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Step 2: From here, click on Settings, and from the subsequent options, select Advanced settings. In the Advanced Settings menu, you will find the Other settings option. Click on it and a dropdown menu will display multiple options from where you will select the Application management option.

Step 3: In the Application Management, you will find a button titled “Go to the Dynamics 365 admin center”. Click on it.

Step 4: Clicking on the Go to the Dynamics 365 admin center button will take you to the Power Platform admin center.

How to access the Power Platform admin center starting from Microsoft 365 admin center?

If you want to access the Power Platform admin center from the Microsoft 365 admin center, here are some simple steps to follow:

Step 1: If you have admin privileges, use your user credentials to sign into your Microsoft 365 admin center.

Step 2: From Microsoft 365 admin center Home dashboard, click on the Show all option located in the navigation column on the left.  

Step 3: You will now see an expanded navigation column and here you will need to find the All admin centers option and click on it.

Step 4: You will now see a list of all admin centers available to you on the right panel. Here you will click on the Power Apps option.  

Step 5: You have successfully arrived at the Power Platform admin center. If you have already developed some environments on Power Platform, you will see them all here.
