Pete Olanday is the Director of Consulting for Vertex's Vertical Solutions, which includes Retail.  He is responsible for the integration of Vertex's Indirect Tax solutions in the retail space, specifically with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and ecommerce platforms.  He has been with Vertex for 10 years and has 24 years of system integration experience, 20 of which in the retail industry.

Michael Bernard is Vice President Tax Content and Chief Tax Officer at Vertex. He is responsible for insights and thought leadership around tax department operations, U.S. indirect tax, tax risk management, and tax policy, as well as emerging tax trends. He is an executive level tax attorney with a diverse portfolio of experience in corporate tax, administration and finance, including a substantive knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws.
