When compassion meets purpose, it creates a lasting impact. At Confiz, our people have once again demonstrated the power of collective empathy. Following a successful employee-led donation campaign during Ramadan 2025, our teams have come together once more, this time to support families impacted by Pakistan’s recent floods.
Through the Confiz Social Fund (CSF), an employee-led committee dedicated to driving positive social change, we are proud to share that PKR 1.7 million has been raised in donations for flood victims.
Spanning across two weeks, this Flood Relief Campaign 2025 inspired employees from our Pakistan office and global centers alike to contribute wholeheartedly. Together, we mobilized both monetary and non-monetary donations, including clothes, food, blankets, and medicines — all gathered in record time to reach those most in need.
The proceeds and collected supplies were handed over to our trusted partner, Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan, which continues to play a vital role in emergency response for flood victims. The organization is actively providing shelter, medical aid, food, and clean water through mobile health units and medical camps, ensuring that affected families receive timely and essential care.

The campaign concluded with a meaningful moment as representatives from Confiz leadership and the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan came together to discuss the initiative’s shared purpose and officially hand over the donations collected by the CSF team. The meeting embodied the spirit of partnership and gratitude — a reminder that when compassion leads the way, it can rebuild lives.
Through the Confiz Social Fund, our people demonstrated that small acts of kindness can spark a movement, reminding us that generosity grows stronger when shared.
