Confiz wins Comparably award for best company for diversity 2026

Confiz has been recognized as one of the Best Companies for Diversity 2026 by Comparably, reflecting our continued commitment to building an inclusive workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Comparably’s 9th annual Best Companies for Diversity list recognizes organizations that are rated highly by employees of color. The rankings are based entirely on anonymous feedback from current employees, who shared their experiences across nearly 20 workplace categories, including leadership, career growth, compensation, workplace culture, and relationships with coworkers. This distinction recognizes organizations across large enterprises reflecting a shared commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces.

Through employee engagement initiatives and a continued focus on equitable opportunities for all team members, particularly women working in technology, Confiz remains committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to succeed. Initiatives like EmpowerU – an exclusive women leadership development program – further support this vision by giving employees the opportunity to engage with accomplished female business and technical leaders and learn from their experiences.

This recognition highlights the culture Confiz continues to build across its teams, where different perspectives are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged, and individuals are given equal opportunities to contribute and succeed.

“This recognition is a proud moment for Confiz, as it reflects the culture we are committed to building every day, and it testifies our strong commitment to DE&I as an integral part of our Global People Strategy,” said Affan Aijaz, Global Head of People and Culture at Confiz. “We believe diversity strengthens our organization, and inclusion helps create an environment where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to grow.”

As we continue to grow globally, we remain committed to building a workplace culture where inclusion, respect, and opportunity are part of everyday experience. This recognition is a meaningful milestone in that journey and an encouraging reflection of the culture we strive to nurture every day.
