The spirit of Ramadan is rooted in compassion, reflection, and generosity, values that continue to inspire meaningful action across Confiz. This year, the Ramadan Donation Drive 2026, led by the Confiz Social Fund (CSF), once again brought employees together to support causes that make a real difference in people’s lives.
The campaign gave employees an opportunity to contribute towards meaningful initiatives and reflected the shared sense of care and responsibility that continues to shape the culture at Confiz. Through collective participation, the drive highlighted how thoughtful giving can create a lasting impact for those who need support the most.
Over the years, CSF has extended support to a range of causes, including healthcare, education, social welfare, and disaster relief. This year’s Ramadan campaign carried that same purpose forward, encouraging employees to take part in a way that felt both personal and meaningful.
To make participation easier and more accessible, the CSF team introduced multiple ways for employees to contribute throughout the campaign. Awareness messages, personalized contribution cards, donation envelopes, and digital submission options gave colleagues the flexibility to support the initiative in ways that were convenient and thoughtful. The campaign was also extended to allow more employees the opportunity to participate.
Built on employee contributions, the Confiz Social Fund reflects the sincerity and generosity of Confiz employees while upholding transparency and accountability in how contributions are managed and directed.
Reflecting on the campaign, Ahmed Iqbal, Senior Software Engineer at Global SME and volunteer supporting the initiative, shared, “Ramadan always reminds us of the importance of showing up for others with empathy and intention. What makes this drive meaningful is seeing people contribute in their own way, with a genuine desire to help and create ease for those facing difficult circumstances.”
