Tuesday, 8th March 2022: To honor and celebrate the achievements of women, Confiz arranged an exclusive event at its Engineering Headquarters in Lahore. The event brought together all the women working in the company so everyone could appreciate their diligence and commitment.

The theme for Confiz International Women’s Day 2022 was #BreaktheBias and all employees were encouraged to show their support by wearing Green and Purple. The Marketing and HR department joined hands to make the event successful and arranged live talks featuring guest speakers, an interactive session, and engagement activity with giveaways for all female employees.

Guest Speakers at the event included Ayesha Lari, Saman Tariq, Sumaira Sarfaraz, and Lala Rukh who shared their experiences and success stories to inspire and empower all women working at Confiz to reach their true potential. There were also discussions centered around making empowering decisions in daily lives and breaking stereotypes.

The guest speakers further answered questions related to the tedious journey of women today. The entire event was broadcasted online to engage Confiz employees working in the USA and the UAE.
