Bringing together senior engineering leadership and solution architects, the Dynamics Focus Group establishes a governed platform to refine delivery practices, strengthen compliance, and accelerate technical innovation. This initiative is a cornerstone of Confiz’s global delivery strategy, designed to improve quality at scale while keeping pace with evolving customer needs and Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 roadmap.
Standards, governance, and enablement: What our Focus Group does?
Built to turn best practices into consistent outcomes, the Focus Group formalizes playbooks, raises engineering maturity, and embeds quality gates across projects, so every engagement ships faster, safer, and with fewer defects.
- Codifies engineering playbooks covering environment strategy, branching models, CI/CD, automated testing, performance engineering, and Azure integrations.
- Embeds global best practices into day-to-day delivery, including secure-by-design patterns, audit readiness, and release governance.
- Drives a mentorship-led culture, pairing senior architects with delivery teams to upskill talent, share patterns, and cross-pollinate learnings across projects.
