Confiz launched CEmerge 2022 to empower the emerging talent in tech and offer an exciting onboarding experience to its 60+ new hires. CEmerge, with its strong emphasis on nurturing diverse teams of talented individuals, sheds light on how Confiz aims to support the development of its employees in a rapidly expanding industry. Asim Raheem, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Confiz, kickstarted the event with a fun interactive session with the recruits.

The event consisted of interesting talks, entertaining ice-breaking sessions and collaborative activities that fostered a team-building spirit. Ahsan Saleem, Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Confiz provided insight into his career trajectory from Manager to Senior Vice President, detailing how the company culture helped him through the process.
He welcomed the new engineers to Confiz by saying, “We are thrilled to have you join us and hope you will help us in our effort to grow internationally.”
After the orientation session, the new hires participated in an engaging networking session spearheaded by portfolio leads Fahad Ilyas, Dawood Liaqat, and Syed Salman Ahmed. The event ended with experienced professionals sharing their inspirational stories and giving insight into daily life at Confiz.
