Confiz expands car financing program to include Principal Software Engineers and Associate Managers

Confiz is thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our employee benefits program. Our commitment to investing in our valued team members’ financial well-being and overall job satisfaction, has led us to expand our “Confiz on Wheels” initiative, an interest-free car financing program, to include our Principal Software Engineers and Associate Managers.

Recognizing the evolving economic landscape, where car ownership costs continue to rise, our “Confiz on Wheels” initiative demonstrates our unwavering dedication to addressing these challenges, lightening the financial burden of owning a car, and contributing to our employees’ overall well-being.

We firmly believe that providing affordable and convenient access to car ownership is a powerful way to enhance the quality of life for our team members.  

Traditionally, our car financing opportunities were limited to managerial roles and above, with varying tiers of allowances to finance company-sponsored cars. However, as we enter the new fiscal year, we are thrilled to extend this benefit to our Principal Software Engineers and Associate Managers.

Through this initiative, we hope to empower our employees and significantly elevate their workplace experience.

Affan Aijaz, our Head of People and Culture, expressed our pride in the “Confiz on Wheels” initiative, stating, “We are proud to expand ‘Confiz on Wheels,’ a program that aligns with our core values of economic empowerment, employee welfare, and empathy. We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our workforce, and this initiative is a testament to that commitment.”

We are excited to share that the first car under this expanded program has already been provided to Mubasher Saifullah, one of our Principal Software Engineers. Mubasher opted for a brand-new Suzuki Alto and received it in September.  

He shared his thoughts on this milestone by saying, “This new initiative has played a crucial role in helping me reach this milestone. It’s a great motivator for me to keep progressing in my career and is a tangible reminder that hard work and dedication truly pay off.”
