The need
Our client, one of Dubai’s largest conglomerates with a diverse portfolio spanning six sectors: food, resources, properties, construction, energy, mobility, and ventures, faced significant challenges due to disparate systems. This fragmentation led to siloed data, making it difficult to comprehensively view business operations and financial performance across its diverse business groups. Additionally, managing inventory across multiple business domains was cumbersome, lacking a centralized, integrated approach.

The Solution
The conglomerate implemented a robust digital transformation by deploying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in the cloud. Furthermore, we optimized inventory valuation and bank reconciliation processes, integrating ZATCA and other tailored solutions specific to each business unit.
