Engagement Models
We follow strict non-disclosure policies at Confiz which makes us credible. Therefore we stand truly commited to delivering quality on time. There are two ways in which we work with our clients
Fixed project
In this case the requirements and needs are well defined. They are analyzed and discussed with the clients. The project is delivered based on fixed cost and time.
Time and materials
We set up a virtual engineering team for the clients that best fits their needs and objectives. The team then works closely with the venturer and deliver quality on time. The resources are billed on contractual basis i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any other time frame discussed and settled earlier.
Services contract
We offer service-level maintenance contracts to help our clients offload the project maintenance overhead. There are two forms of services contracts:
- Short-term: This maintenance contract helps companies offload the risk of newly delivered projects, iron out any short-comings, or tweaking functionality
- Long-term: This is an annual contract model that ensures that Confiz will provide support to clients as per the scope defined mutually.

Consultancy
Confiz offers a team of experienced experts and professionals to help our clients make the most of technology and applications.
We offer consultancy in:
- Project requirements assessment. This helps clients to ensure that time and money are spent wisely and optimally.
- Technology architecture. For projects of larger scale we offer our clients with consultancy on using the right technologies and laying down the right framework for the development of the project.
- Product and project management. Our clients can use the experience of our experts to manage projects or modules that require technical expertise, leadership, and direction.
